This is an uptempo number, and would sound like a fun song if you didn't listen to the lyrics.
"All you are is mean
And a liar, and pathetic
And alone in life."
Ouch.
There is a bit of a hopeful tone underneath all those hurtful words, but not enough to make the tone of the song match the "fun little ditty" the music it suggests it should be. Taylor sings about (the person who is being mean) being drunk, physically abusing others, ranting and yelling. It's not a very happy song.
